HOW SK WORKS
Excellent! I am really happy with how balanced the meals appear to be, and how delicious everything I've cooked turned out to be so far. Recipes are very easy, though I'm slow so they can take me a bit longer than billed. That's no problem though. They are also quite filling for the amount of food and calories (fat loss plan). I'm already being introduced to new types of foods and ways of cooking them that I'm really delighted about.
They are customized by dietary preference (Paleo, Gluten Free), and then by balancing carbohydrates, fats and proteins. We don't balance by calories, but rather using a 40-30-30 ratio or 50-30-20 ratio of protein-carb-fat
They are delivered via email within 48 hours after you create your account. Then, each week, you will receive your plan on the same day.
How to do I access my account information?
Simply email us with changes and we'll take it from there
They are sent via email in a PDF format so you can access them on computer or smartphone
How many recipes do I get per week?
The plans offer 9-12 recipes per week, so that you get to know the recipes and that saves you time

This plan is great if you find yourself eating out or getting something to-go and you want choose something that is healthy and right for your diet. Using the TAKE OUT Plan, you can dine out and have the menu suggested for you, so that you can enjoy your meal and know that you're eating healthy.
How do I know if ShortKitchen is for me?
ShortKitchen is for those who are busy, but also want to cook mostly for themselves and more importantly want their meals healthy (fat loss focused), easy to make, and with some variety so you don't get stuck eating the same thing. If you want simple, semi-ready, fat loss focused Paleo or Gluten Free meals, then SK is for you.
